It’s time for ABNEW to get ready!!!
Let’s meet all the 5 members of AB6IX in their 1st Fanmeeting in Thailand on August 31st.
Hello...it’s time for ABNEW(official name of AB6IX’s fans) to get ready as RegiStar does not stop serving you continuously a good news. We are very pleased to annouce the 1st Fanmeeting of AB6IX in Thailand called “AB6IX 1ST FANMEETING 1ST ABNEW IN BANGKOK” which will be held on August 31st (SAT) at IMPACT HALL 5, Muang Thong Thani.
AB6IX is considered as a rising rookie-band of 5 members, LIM YOUNGMIN, JEON WOONG, KIM DONGHYUN, PARK WOOJIN, and LEE DAEHWI. The band is under Brand New Music. Each profile of the 5 members is so outstanding. Four out of five members (LIM YOUNGMIN, KIM DONGHYUN, PARK WOOJIN, and LEE DAEHWI) are from Produce 101 – SS2. YOUNGMIN and DONGHYUN collaborated as MXM while PARK WOOJIN and LEE DAEHWI debuted as members of WANNA ONE. As for WOONG, he has got full competency of both singing and dancing. All 5 rising stars get together as a band named “AB6IX.” Their first official debut of the first album “B:COMPLETE” on May 22nd received overwhelming response from ABNEW. This led the song “BREATHE” to win the trophies from various music programs such as The Show and Show Champion.

รายละเอียดและขั้นตอนการจองบัตร (เงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนด)
1. ผู้ที่ต้องการซื้อบัตร จะต้องเข้าไปลงทะเบียนสมัครสมาชิกที่หน้าเว็บไซต์หลัก https://www.registarthailand.com/ โปรดตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลส่วนตัวทั้งหมดก่อนกด "สมัครสมาชิก" ข้อมูลที่สมัครแล้วไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้
2. เมื่อเปิดจำหน่ายบัตร วันเสาร์ที่ 13 กรกฏาคม 2562 เวลา 10.00 น. เป็นต้นไป โปรดกดรอคิวที่ปุ่ม "กดรับคิว" ตั้งแต่เวลา 9:00-10:00น. เมื่อถึงเวลา 10:00 น. ระบบจะรันคิวแบบสุ่มให้ผู้ที่อยู่ในเว็บไซต์ตามเวลาดังกล่าว หลังจากถึงคิวแล้ว ท่านมีเวลา 15 นาทีในการจองบัตร มีขั้นตอนการจองบัตร ดังนี้
2.1. Login โดยใช้ User, Password ที่ลงทะเบียนไว้แล้ว
2.2. เลือกโซนที่ต้องการ
2.3. เลือกที่นั่งที่ต้องการ, เลือกวิธีการรับบัตร (รับเอง หรือ EMS มีค่าจัดส่ง 60 บาท และส่งในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น) แล้วกดไปขั้นตอนถัดไป
2.3.1 กรณีเลือกรับเอง รับที่หน้างานก่อนเวลาแสดงประมาณ 6 ชม. รับได้จนถึงเวลาเริ่มการแสดง
2.3.2 กรณีเลือกจัดส่ง EMS จัดส่งก่อนวันงานประมาณ 5-10 วัน ด้วยไปรษณีย์ไทย ผู้รับต้องเป็นผู้ติดตามเอกสาร และยอมรับข้อกำหนดของทางไปรษณีย์ ดังนี้ https://www.thailandpost.co.th/un/article_detail/product/543/85

2.4 เลือกวิธีการชำระเงิน แล้วกดสั่งซื้อ
2.4.1 กรณีเลือกชำระด้วยการโอนเงิน มีขั้นตอนดังนี้
a) ระบบจะสรุปรายละเอียดการซื้อ ท่านจะได้ยอดเงินและเลขบัญชีที่ต้องชำระ จากนั้นให้คลิกที่ปุ่ม "ตรวจสอบรายการ" และ ห้าม!!! ปิดหน้าจอนี้จนกว่าท่านจะโอนเงินและคลิกแจ้งโอนรวมทั้งกรอกข้อมูลในระบบให้เรียบร้อยก่อนหมดเวลา (ประมาณ 1 ชม. นับตั้งแต่ท่านได้คิว) ท่านจะปิดหน้าจอนี้ได้เมื่อสถานะออเดอร์ของท่านเป็น "รอดำเนินการ" เท่านั้น หากท่านปิดหน้าจอไปก่อนที่จะแจ้งโอน หรือปิดหน้าจอไปโดยสถานะยังเป็น "แจ้งโอนรายการนี้" จะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์ในการจองบัตรของคิวนั้นทันที ออเดอร์ของท่านจะถูกลบออกจากระบบเมื่อครบเวลา
b) ท่านสามารถโอนเงินผ่าน เคาน์เตอร์ธนาคาร, ตู้ ATM, CDM, Internet Banking หรือ Mobile Banking เพื่อเข้าบัญชีที่ระบบกำหนดแจ้งไว้ทันที (ไม่รองรับการโอนด้วย True Wallet)
c) หลังการโอนเงินท่านต้องถ่ายรูปสลิป หรือบันทึกหน้าจอเสร็จสิ้นการโอนไว้เพื่อเป็นหลักฐานในการแจ้งโอน และต้องแจ้งโอนที่หน้า "ตรวจสอบรายการ" โดยเร็วที่สุด เลขที่สั่งซื้อที่สถานะไม่ใช่ "รอดำเนินการ" จะถูกระบบลบทิ้งทันทีที่หมดเวลาแจ้งโอน (เวลาสิ้นสุดการแจ้งโอนระบุในสถานะของเลขที่สั่งซื้อ)
d) กรณีที่ท่านไม่แจ้งโอนในระบบก่อนหมดเวลา ทำให้เลขที่สั่งซื้อนั้นถูกลบทิ้ง หากท่านโอนเงินไปแล้ว ท่านต้องกดจองที่นั่งใหม่ในราคาเดิมด้วยยอดเงินตามที่ท่านโอนเข้าไปในระบบ และแจ้งโอนตามขั้นตอนที่หน้า "ตรวจสอบรายการ" เท่านั้น ในกรณีนี้ ระบบไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้หากผู้จัดงานไม่มีการประกาศ SOLD OUT และ/หรือ ผู้จัดงานไม่อนุมัติในการคืนเงิน
2.4.2 กรณีเลือกชำระผ่านบัตรเครดิต, เดบิต และ Paypal จะเข้าสู่การชำระด้วยระบบ Paypal (ระบบ Paypal มีค่า convenience fee เพิ่มเติม 5%) ผู้กดจองต้องกรอกข้อมูลบัตรเครดิตให้เรียบร้อยในอุปกรณ์ที่ท่านกดจองได้ ห้ามปิดเว็บไซต์ หรือเปลี่ยนไปล็อคอินด้วยอุปกรณ์อื่น สำหรับท่านที่เลือกชำระด้วยบัตรเครดิตแล้วปิดหน้าจอไปก่อนที่สถานะจะเป็น "เสร็จสิ้น" จะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์ในการจองบัตรของคิวนั้นทันที ออเดอร์ของท่านจะถูกลบออกจากระบบเมื่อครบเวลา
2.5 ในการจองบัตร 1 ครั้ง จะสามารถจองได้ครั้งละ 1-4 ใบ ในรอบและโซนเดียวกันเท่านั้น
3. กรณีเลือกชำระด้วยการโอนเงินและแจ้งโอน ในแต่ละเลขที่สั่งซื้อจะมียอดเศษสตางค์ที่ต่างกันขึ้นอยู่กับเลขที่ใบสั่งซื้อ หลังจากที่ผู้จองได้แจ้งโอนเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว เจ้าหน้าที่จะตรวจสอบยอดเงินที่ท่านโอนเข้ามา โดยมีระยะเวลาในการตรวจสอบดังนี้
3.1 เลขที่สั่งซื้อที่มียอดชำระถูกต้องในการโอนครั้งเดียว มีเศษสตางค์ตรงกับที่ระบบกำหนด จะใช้เวลาในการดำเนินการภายใน 24 ชม.
3.2 สำหรับเลขที่สั่งซื้อที่ไม่โอนเศษสตางค์ หรือโอนเงินมากกว่า 1 สลิปใน 1 เลขที่สั่งซื้อ จะใช้เวลาในการตรวจสอบยอดเงินประมาณ 1 สัปดาห์ เพราะไม่สามารถตรวจสอบยอดเงินโดยระบบอัตโนมัติเนื่องจากท่านไม่โอนตามยอดชำระที่ระบบกำหนดในครั้งเดียว
ผู้จองสามารถตรวจสอบสถานะการจองของท่านได้ที่หน้า ‘ตรวจสอบรายการ’ สถานะการจองบัตรของท่านจะเปลี่ยนเป็น "เสร็จสิ้น" ตามเวลาที่กล่าวมาข้างต้น
4. ราคาบัตรนี้ ยังไม่รวมค่าออกบัตรพลาสติก ใบละ 20 บาท
5. หลังจากที่ผู้จองกดส่งข้อมูลการจองบัตรแล้ว ผู้จองไม่สามารถแก้ไขข้อมูลการจอง อัพเกรด ย้ายที่ หรือยกเลิกการจองบัตรได้ทุกกรณี และทางทีมงานไม่สามารถทำการคืนเงินได้ หากท่านไม่สามารถมาร่วมชมการแสดง หลังจากที่ได้ซื้อบัตรไปแล้ว
6. โปรดทราบว่าเว็บไซต์นี้ เป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ได้รับอนุญาตแต่เพียงผู้เดียว บัตรเข้าชมงานไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์หรือขายต่อให้ผู้อื่น หรือนำไปเสนอขายต่อได้ หากท่านไม่ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไข บัตรของท่านอาจถูกยกเลิกโดยไม่ได้รับเงินคืน บัตรที่ซื้อจากเว็บไซต์อื่นๆ หรือ บุคคลที่สามและผู้จัดจำหน่ายที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต เช่น Viagogo, Stubhub หรือที่คล้ายกันนี้ จะถือเป็นโมฆะและไม่สามารถใช้เข้าชมงานได้

Ticket Information (Terms and Condition)
1. The Ticket Buyers have to apply for membership at https://www.registarthailand.com/
Please recheck your personal information if it’s correct before click apply membership because information recorded cannot be changed.
2. Online Tickets Sale will be opened on Saturday 13th July 2019, 10 AM onwards Please press "get in line" button from 9:00-10:00 am. to waiting for queue. At 10:00 am, the system will run a random queue for those on the website at that time. After reaching the queue, you have 15 minutes to book the Ticket. There are procedures for booking tickets as follows;
2.1. Login by registered Username and Password
2.2. Choose Seating Zone
2.3. Choose your Seat, Pick up method (Self Pick up or EMS with delivery fee is 60 THB), and click Order. (*Remark; EMS is applicable only buyer who lives in Thailand)
2.3.1 If choose Self-pick up, you can pick up at the venue. Approximately 6 hours before the show time, until the show start.
2.3.2 If choose EMS, delivery will be 5-10 days before the event. The recipient must be responsible for checking and accepting the Thailand Postal conditions as follows: https://www.thailandpost.co.th/un/article_detail/product/543/85

2.4. Choose payment method
2.4.1. Bank Transfer, no additional charges
a) System will provide all order summary (the Reservation code, Total Payment Value, the Bank Account Details and time frame that the member has to pay for the ticket). After you have made a reservation, you will receive the amount and account number to be paid, then click on the button "View order". And DO NOT!!! Close this screen until you transfer the money and click the transfer notification and complete the system before the time expires. (About 1 hour since you got the queue). You can close this screen when your order status is "Proceed" only. If you close the screen before the transfer notice or close the screen by status is still "Transfer notification" will considered to waive the right to reserve the ticket of that queue immediately. Your order will be deleted from the system at the time of completion.
b) You can make payment or transfer via Bank Counter, ATM, CDM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, any Bank's application which immediately transfer. (Do not support True Wallet Application)
c) After the payment is made, you need to record/ capture the payment slip. DO NOT forget to go back to ‘View Orders’ menu and confirm date/time of money transferred at within the given time frame and upload Payment Slip photo. Otherwise, it will be considered that the member cancel the reservation. So, the reservation will be automatically cancelled from the system. The organizer will not be responsible on this cancellation.
d) In case you cannot submit transfer information within time frame, your reservation is automatically cancelled. You have to make new reservation again and submit the transfer information immediately. There's no refund if tickets do not officially SOLD OUT / or the Organizer does not approve refund.
2.4.2. If choose Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal, System will redirect to credit card system with additional convenience fee 5%. The reservation user must complete the credit card information in the device that you have booked. Do not close the website or switch to login with other devices. For those who choose to pay by credit card and then close the screen before the status is "completed", it will considered the right to book the ticket of that queue immediately. Your order will be deleted from the system at the time of completion.
2.5 You can reserve up to 4 seats and must be same zone. (If the member would like to reserve other zone, he/she has to do additional reservation with the same username.)
3. For Bank Transfer payment method, each order has a different decimal amount depending on the order number. After the buyer confirms the payment details via website, the staff will check the amount you have transferred with timing criteria as follows
3.1 The order that has the correct payment amount and correct decimal number given by system in one time transfer, checking process will take within 24 hours
3.2 The order that has incorrect decimal number given by system or transfer more than 1 slip within 1 order, checking process will take at least 1week to confirm because the automatic system cannot match if you do not transfer according to the payment amount set by the system at one time.
The member can check ticket status by login to the View Order menu. Ticket status should change from 'Proceed' to 'Completed' within timing above. If the purchased ticket status is not yet confirmed in system, please kindly contact the ticket officers immediately.
4. Ticket price is EXCLUDED the issuing plastic cards 20 THB per ticket
5. After the reservation is submitted, the member is not allowed to change any reservation details and cannot cancel the reservation in any cases (There is no refund process).
6. Please note that this website is the only authorized ticket distributor. Tickets purchased cannot be refunded, exchanged, transferred or resold to others. Organizer reserves the right to cancel the ticket without prior notice (no refund or other compensation). Tickets purchased from other websites, third parties and unauthorized distributors such as Viagogo, Stubhub or similar will be considered invalid and cannot be used to enter the event.

Q1 : สมัครสมาชิกในเวบไซต์อย่างไร / ใช้ข้อมูลอะไรบ้าง / มีค่าใช้จ่ายหรือไม่
A1 : การสมัครสมาชิกในเวบไซต์ สมัครได้ที่ https://registarthailand.com/ ในเมนู ‘สมัครสมาชิก’ โดยใช้ข้อมูลดังต่อไปนี้ Username ที่ต้องการ (ตัวอักษรเท่านั้น ห้ามมีเว้นวรรคหรืออักษรพิเศษ), Password, ชื่อ-นามสกุลตามบัตรประชาชน (หรือพาสปอร์ต), เลขบัตรประชาชน, เพศ, ปีเกิด, ที่อยู่สำหรับจัดส่งเอกสาร, เบอร์โทรศัพท์, อีเมลที่ติดต่อได้ (สมัครฟรีไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ)
- หลังการสมัคร ท่านจะได้รับอีเมลจากระบบ ส่ง link ให้ท่านคลิกเพื่อ activate ยืนยันให้ user ของท่านใช้งานได้ โดยผู้สมัครจะมี user และ password ของตนเอง เพื่อนำไปใช้ในการซื้อบัตรหรือร่วมกิจกรรมอื่นๆต่อไป
- สำหรับท่านที่ไม่ได้รับ automail ในการยืนยันการสมัคร ให้ลองสมัครใหม่โดยใช้อีเมลเดิม ระบบจะทำการส่งอีเมลเพื่อยืนยันตัวซ้ำไปอีกครั้งโดยอัตโนมัติ ถ้าเป็นไปได้กรุณาใช้ gmail ในการลงทะเบียนจะพบปัญหาน้อยที่สุด
- กรณีที่ท่านกรอกอีเมลผิดในการสมัครครั้งแรก ท่านต้องสมัครสมาชิกใหม่ ด้วยชื่อยูสเซอร์ใหม่เท่านั้น แล้วกรอกรายละเอียดอีเมลให้ถูกต้อง หากท่านใช้ชื่อยูสเซอร์เดิม เมื่อกด "สมัครสมาชิก" ข้อมูลจะถูกส่งไปที่อีเมลที่ท่านกรอกผิดไว้ตั้งแต่ครั้งแรก ทำให้ไม่สามารถสมัครสมาชิกได้
- เมื่อคลิก link เพื่อ activate ยืนยันให้ user ของท่านใช้งานได้เรียบร้อยแล้ว แนะนำให้ทดสอบ log in ที่เมนู ‘บัญชีของฉัน’ โดยใช้ User, Password ของท่าน เพื่อตรวจสอบผลการสมัคร
- กรุณาตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลส่วนตัวทั้งหมดที่ใช้ในการสมัคร ข้อมูลทั้งหมดที่ท่านกรอกเพื่อสมัครสมาชิกจะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้

A4 : การจองบัตรเป็นระบบคิว กดรอคิวที่ปุ่ม "กดรับคิว" ที่อยู่ในหน้าเว็บไซต์ https://registarthailand.com/index_pjy.html เริ่มกดรับคิวได้ตั้งแต่เวลา 9:00-10:00น. เมื่อถึงเวลา 10:00น. ระบบจะรันคิวแบบสุ่มให้ผู้ที่อยู่ในเว็บไซต์ตามเวลาดังกล่าว เมื่อถึงคิวแล้ว ให้ท่านล็อคอินเพื่อเข้าระบบ ท่านมีเวลา 15 นาทีเท่านั้นในการล็อคอินเข้าระบบเพื่อจองบัตร หากเกิน 15 นาที คิวของท่านจะถูกยกเลิก และต้องทำการเข้าคิวใหม่
Q5 : 1 User สามารถ Log in ได้จากหลายเครื่องหรือไม่
A5 : อุปกรณ์ 1 เครื่อง สามารถรับคิวเพื่อสั่งซื้อบัตรครั้งละ 1 คิวเท่านั้น โดยการรับคิวจะต้องเปิดผ่านอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์หรือมือถือ โดยแนะนำให้ทำรายการผ่านเบราวเซอร์ google chrome เมื่อท่านได้คิวแล้วจะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ อาจทำให้คิวของท่านหลุด และถ้าคิวหลุดต้องทำการกดรับคิวใหม่
- เมื่อถึงคิวของแต่ละอุปกรณ์ ท่านสามารถใช้ยูสเซอร์เดียวกันในการล็อคอินได้ แต่ถ้าท่านใช้อุปกรณ์เครื่องไหนในการกดจอง ท่านต้องดำเนินการชำระเงินและแจ้งโอนด้วยอุปกรณ์เครื่องนั้นจนเรียบร้อยเท่านั้น (แนะนำให้รีบดำเนินการทันที) ห้ามเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์หรือปิดเว็บไซต์ของอุปกรณ์นั้นโดยเด็ดขาด สถานะออเดอร์ที่ท่านจะปิดเว็บไซต์ได้ต้องเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดข้อ 2.4.1 และ 2.4.2 ตามเว็บไซต์ https://registarthailand.com/index_pjy.html เท่านั้น
Q6 : ในการจองบัตร 1 ครั้ง สามารถจองได้กี่ใบ / กี่โซน / 1 User จองได้กี่ใบ
A6 : ในการจองบัตร 1 ครั้ง จะสามารถจองได้ครั้งละ 1-4 ใบ ในรอบและโซนเดียวกันเท่านั้น หากต้องการโซนอื่นด้วย ให้ทำการกดคิวเข้ามาใหม่อีกครั้ง
- ก่อนการกดจองบัตร โปรดพิจารณาจำนวนบัตรที่ท่านเลือกให้ถี่ถ้วน เพราะเมื่อกดจองแล้วจะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงจำนวนได้ การโอนเงินต้องโอนพร้อมกันทั้งออเดอร์ไม่สามารถโอนเพียงใบใดใบหนึ่งได้ ถ้าท่านโอนไม่ครบ หากเจ้าหน้าที่อาจพิจารณายกเลิกออเดอร์ ท่านต้องกดบัตรใหม่ในรอบที่หลุดรอบถัดไปให้เท่ากับยอดเงินที่ท่านโอนเข้ามา ซึ่งจะทำให้ท่านเสียสิทธิในที่ดีๆ ที่ท่านเคยกดได้
- 1 คิว จองได้สูงสุด 4 ใบ
Q7 : จองบัตรเสร็จแล้ว ไม่ได้จดเลขที่ใบสั่งซื้อ / บัญชี / ที่นั่ง / เวลาสิ้นสุดแจ้งโอน / ยอดเงิน ดูได้ที่ไหน
A7 : ท่านจะได้รับแจ้ง เลขที่สั่งซื้อ เลขบัญชี เวลาสิ้นสุดการแจ้งโอน ในหน้าสุดท้ายหลังการจองสำเร็จ ท่านสามารถตรวจสอบข้อมูลการจองของท่านได้ที่เมนู ‘ตรวจสอบรายการ (View Order)’
Q8 : โอนเงินทางไหนได้บ้าง
A8 : กรณีเลือก 'โอนเงิน' ท่านสามารถโอนเงินผ่าน เคาน์เตอร์ธนาคาร, ตู้ ATM , CDM, Internet Banking , Mobile Banking หรือ Application ต่างๆ วิธีใดก็ได้เพื่อเข้าบัญชีที่ระบบกำหนดแจ้งไว้ทันที หลังการโอนเงิน แนะนำให้ถ่ายรูปสลิป หรือแคปหน้าจอเสร็จสิ้นการโอนไว้เป็นหลักฐาน
- ยอดเงินที่ระบบแนะนำให้ชำระจะมีเศษสตางค์อยู่ด้วย กรุณาโอนเงินตามยอดเงินที่ระบบแจ้งพร้อมเศษสตางค์เพื่อการตรวจสอบที่รวดเร็วและแม่นยำ
**ไม่แนะนำให้ใช้ Application ที่ตั้งโอนเงินล่วงหน้า หรือการโอนเงินบางประเภทที่ไม่สามารถโอนไปยังปลายทางได้ทันที รวมทั้งไม่รองรับการโอนเงินจาก True Wallet เพราะจะทำให้ยอดเงินที่เข้ามาล่าช้าเกินกว่าเวลาที่กำหนด หากเจ้าหน้าที่ไม่สามารถตรวจสอบยอดเงินได้ อาจถูกพิจารณายกเลิกบัตร
Q9 : แจ้งโอนเงินทางไหนได้บ้าง
A9 : กรณีเลือก 'โอนเงิน' ท่านต้องทำการแจ้งโอนเพื่อแสดงความเป็นเจ้าของยอดเงินของท่านที่ถูกโอนเข้ามาในเวลานั้นๆ โดยเมื่อกดจองแล้ว ให้คลิกแถบด้านบนเข้ามาที่หน้า 'ตรวจสอบรายการ (View Order)' แล้วกรอกข้อมูลการโอนและอัพโหลดรูปสลิบโอนเงินเพื่อให้เจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจสอบ ห้าม!! ปิดหน้าเว็บไซต์ก่อนการแจ้งโอนเด็ดขาด
**ถ้าท่านไม่แจ้งโอนในระบบให้เสร็จก่อนเวลาที่กำหนด เมื่อครบเวลาออเดอร์ดังกล่าวจะถูกลบโดยอัตโนมัติ**
หลังจากแจ้งโอน สถานะของออเดอร์นั้นจะเปลี่ยนเป็น 'รอดำเนินการ (Proceed)' บัตรในออเดอร์นี้จะเข้าสู่กระบวนการให้เจ้าหน้าที่หายอดเงินที่มีจำนวนเงินและเวลาตรงตามที่แจ้งโอนมา (ใช้เวลาตรวจสอบประมาณ 24 ชม. หากท่านโอนแบบมีเศษสตางค์ตรงกับที่ระบบกำหนด) ท่านสามารถแคปหน้าจอสถานะการจองของท่านเป็นที่เป็น 'รอดำเนินการ(Proceed)' ไว้เพื่อใช้ในการติดตามได้ สถานะนี้สามารถปิดเว็บไซต์ได้
- ห้ามแจ้งโอนก่อนทำการโอนจริง หากตรวจสอบพบอาจถูกพิจารณายกเลิกบัตร
Q10 : แจ้งโอนผิด / แจ้งเวลาผิด / อัพสลิบผิด / แจ้งโอนเงินครบ 24 ชม.แล้วสถานะยังไม่ขึ้น ‘เสร็จสิ้น (Complete)’ ทำอย่างไร
A10 : กรณีแจ้งโอนแล้วกรอกยอดเงินผิด ไม่ตรงตามยอดเงินที่โอนเข้ามาจริง, แจ้งเวลาการโอนผิด รวมทั้งกรณีแจ้งโอนเกิน 24 ชม. แล้วสถานะยังไม่เสร็จสิ้น เจ้าหน้าที่อาจหายอดเงินของท่านไม่พบ ไม่สามารถยืนยันยอดเงินเพื่อเปลี่ยนสถานะบัตรให้ท่านได้ ท่านต้องส่งอีเมลหัวเรื่อง 'แจ้งโอนไม่ตรงตามเวลาที่โอนจริง' หรือ 'แจ้งโอนไม่ตรงตามยอดเงินที่โอนเข้าจริง' หรือ ‘โอนแบบมีเศษสตางค์ตามระบบกำหนด แจ้งโอนครบ 24 ชม. แล้ว สถานะยังไม่เสร็จสิ้น' โดยในอีเมลให้แจ้งเลขที่ใบสั่งซื้อ, ยอดโอนและเวลาโอนที่ถูกต้อง พร้อมแนบสลิปการโอนเงินมาที่ registar.ticket@gmail.com ทันที
Q11 : เลือกชำระเงินด้วยบัตรเครดิต/ เดบิต/ Paypal แล้วระบบจะเป็นอย่างไร / ตัดบัตรไม่ผ่าน / กรอกข้อมูลบัตรผิด ทำอย่างไร
A11 : กรณีเลือกชำระด้วยบัตรเครดิต/ เดบิต หรือ Paypal หากระบบสามารถตัดยอดชำระได้ตามขั้นตอน สถานะของออเดอร์นั้นจะเป็น 'เสร็จสิ้น (Complete)' ทันที
- หากระบบไม่สามารถตัดยอดบัตรเครดิตไม่ว่าด้วยกรณีใดๆ ให้คลิกที่แถบ “ตรวจสอบรายการ” ด้านบน แล้วดูที่ออเดอร์ของท่าน ท่านสามารถเลือกวิธีการชำระเงินได้ใหม่ หากต้องการเปลี่ยนเป็นโอนเงิน ต้องดำเนินการการหมดเวลาออเดอร์อย่างน้อย 30 นาที โดยวิธีการแจ้งโอนตามข้อ Q9
- หากท่านต้องการชำระด้วยบัตรเครดิตอีกครั้ง ให้เลือก ‘จ่ายด้วยบัตรเครดิต’ ทันที ในออเดอร์นั้น
- ออเดอร์บัตรเครดิต หรือ Paypal สถานะต้องเป็น 'เสร็จสิ้น (Complete)' จึงจะสามารถปิดเว็บไซต์ได้
Q12 : เปลี่ยนที่อยู่ในการจัดส่งบัตร / เปลี่ยนจากรับเองเป็น EMS / เปลี่ยนจาก EMS เป็นรับเอง / วิธีการเช็ค Tracking
A12 : ที่อยู่ในการจัดส่งบัตรสามารถเปลี่ยนได้ด้วยตนเองในหน้า 'ตรวจสอบรายการ (View Order)' หลังจากสถานะออเดอร์เปลี่ยนเป็น 'เสร็จสิ้น (Complete)' แล้ว
- สำหรับชื่อจ่าหน้าซอง ระบบจะแสดงตามชื่อเจ้าของ User ตามที่สมัครสมาชิกมา และจัดพิมพ์ซองด้วยชื่อผู้รับดังกล่าวไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ แต่สามารถเพิ่มชื่อผู้รับได้ในช่องที่อยู่
- ที่อยู่ในการจัดส่งสามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้โดยอิสระจนถึงก่อนวันจัดส่ง โดยจะมีการประกาศกำหนดการจัดส่งและกำหนดการปิดแก้ไขที่อยู่ในหน้าเวบไซต์
- กรณีต้องการเปลี่ยนจาก EMS เป็นรับเอง ท่านสามารถแก้ไขที่อยู่เป็น "รับเอง" เจ้าหน้าที่จะทราบโดยอัตโนมัติว่าออเดอร์นี้เปลี่ยนเป็นรับหน้างาน
- กรณีต้องการเปลี่ยนรูปแบบการรับจาก 'รับเอง' เป็น ‘EMS' สามารถเปลี่ยนได้หลังจากที่สถานะออเดอร์เป็น 'เสร็จสิ้น (Complete)' แล้ว โดยให้ไปแก้ไขรูปแบบการจัดส่งด้วยตนเองได้ในหน้า 'ตรวจสอบรายการ (View Order)' และโอนเงินค่าจัดส่ง 60 บาท/ 1 ออเดอร์ ไปยังบัญชีที่แจ้งในระบบ หลังจากนั้นประมาณ 72 ชม. ที่อยู่ของท่านจะขึ้นในออเดอร์ หากไม่ขึ้น โปรดติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่
- EMS จะจัดส่งก่อนวันงานประมาณ 5-10 วัน สามารถตรวจสอบเลข Tracking Number ในหน้า ‘ตรวจสอบรายการ (View Order)' บัตรที่จัดส่งจะเป็นบัตรตัวจริงสำหรับเข้างาน
Q13 : เลือกรับบัตรเอง รับที่ไหน ต้องเตรียมอะไรบ้าง
A13 : เลือกรับบัตรเองรับได้ที่จุดรับบัตรหน้างาน ก่อนเวลาเริ่มคอนเสิร์ตประมาณ 6 ชม. รับได้จนถึงเวลาเริ่มแสดง (เวลาการรับอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ โปรดติดตามประกาศการรับบัตรอย่างเป็นทางการทางแฟนเพจเฟสบุ๊คผู้จัดงานอีกครั้ง โดยปกติจะประกาศก่อนวันงานประมาณ 5-10 วัน)
เอกสารที่ต้องเตรียมไปแสดงกับเจ้าหน้าที่ ณ จุดรับบัตร มีดังนี้
- กรณีเจ้าของยูสเซอร์รับด้วยตัวเอง
1. แสดงประชาชนที่มีชื่อ-สกุลตรงตามที่ใช้สมัครสมาชิก
2. แสดงเลขที่ใบสั่งซื้อ แสดงเป็นภาพถ่ายจากโทรศัพท์มือถือได้
3. หลักฐานการโอนเงิน เช่น สลิปโอนเงิน, ประวัติการโอนเงินในสเตทเม้นท์จากหน้าแอพพลิเคชั่นที่ระบุเลขบัญชีปลายทาง, อีเมลหรือ sms ยืนยันการชำระเงินที่ได้รับจาก paypal หรือจากธนาคารเจ้าของบัตรเครดิต, ใบแจ้งหนี้บัตรเครดิต เป็นต้น แสดงเป็นภาพถ่ายจากโทรศัพท์มือถือได้
- กรณีผู้รับไม่ใช่เจ้าของยูสเซอร์
1.ส่งมอบสำเนาบัตรประชาชนของเจ้าของยูสเซอร์ที่เขียนรับรองสำเนามอบอำนาจ ดังนี้ [ดูภาพตัวอย่าง http://bit.ly/HTPickUp] ต้องปริ๊นท์ออกมาเป็นกระดาษเท่านั้น
2. แสดงบัตรประชาชนผู้รับแทน
3. แสดงเลขที่ใบสั่งซื้อ แสดงเป็นภาพถ่ายจากโทรศัพท์มือถือได้
4. หลักฐานการโอนเงิน เช่น สลิปโอนเงิน, ประวัติการโอนเงินในสเตทเม้นท์จากหน้าแอพพลิเคชั่นที่ระบุเลขบัญชีปลายทางชัดเจน, อีเมลหรือ sms ยืนยันการชำระเงินที่ได้รับจาก paypal หรือจากธนาคารเจ้าของบัตรเครดิต, ใบแจ้งหนี้บัตรเครดิต เป็นต้น แสดงเป็นภาพถ่ายจากโทรศัพท์มือถือได้
กรณีสลิปโอนเงินหาย
- ถ้าโอนเงินผ่าน Internet Banking / ATM สามารถใช้ Statement หรือรายการเดินบัญชีย้อนหลังเป็นหลักฐานแทนได้
- ถ้าโอนเงินผ่านเคาเตอร์ธนาคาร สามารถไปขอสำเนาใบนำฝากได้ที่ธนาคารสาขานั้นๆ ค่ะ
- แสดง sms หรืออีเมลที่ท่านได้รับจากธนาคาร กรณีที่ท่านโอนผ่านอินเตอร์เน็ตแบงค์กิ้ง
Q14 : รายชื่อผู้โชคดี / กติกาและสิ่งของต้องห้ามในการเข้าชม / จุดรับฝากของศิลปิน / สินค้าออฟฟิเชียล
A14 : การประกาศรายชื่อผู้โชคดี / กติกาและสิ่งของต้องห้ามในการเข้าชม / จุดรับฝากของศิลปิน / สินค้าออฟฟิเชียล (ถ้ามี) มักจะเป็นการประกาศจากทางผู้จัดในหน้าเพจก่อนวันงานประมาณ 5-10 วัน

Please read and follow all instructions below for your benefits;
Q1: How to apply membership/ what are requirements/ any registration fee?
A1: User can apply membership via https://registarthailand.com/ In order to apply, the system requires user name (remark: only alphabet, no space and special characters), password, name-surname as shown in ID card or passport, ID Card No., gender, year of birth, address (for shipping), telephone no, e-mail address which allow to contact. The registration is FREE.
- After applied, system will generate and send link via e-mail provided above for user activation. Member has personal user and password for buying any ticket or attending other activities
- In case no automail to user, please apply again by using same e-mail address. System will generate and send link again to re-confirm. Automatically. We recommend to use gmail for registration as least issues from previous cases
- In case that you firstly register a membership with incorrect email address, you need to register again with new username and correct your email address. If you use the old username to apply the membership, the information will be sent to wrong email address and your application will not be completed.
- After successfully activated, please try to login at “my account” menu by using above username and password
- Please recheck all personal details are correct because these cannot be changed
Q2: How to do if forget user/ password?
A2: Please select “forget password” button which requires e-mail that you registered. System will send e-mail to user for reset new password and inform username that you applied. Or you can search e-mail from inbox or archive when you first registered membership.
Q3: What is time setting in system? Where to compare timezone?
A3: System sets standard time as Hydrographics Department, Royal Thai Navy which you can call to 1811 for checking or setting time
Q4 : On the ticket booking date, can buyer log in before the starting time?
A4 : The ticket booking will be run by queue. Please click to have your queue on the website
https://registarthailand.com/index_pjy.html. Queuing time will be starting from 9.00 – 10.00 am. The system will randomly select the queues of buyers who stay online on the website at 10.00 am onwards. Please log in to the system once it’s your queue. You will have only 15 minutes to complete the booking. If over 15 minutes, your queue will be cancelled and you will have to start the queuing over again.
Q5 : Can buyer use 1 username to log in from many devices?
A5 : One device can receive only one queue at a time. Queue receiving must be done via computer or mobile device. We suggest you make a transaction through the google chrome browser. Once you are in queue, you will not be able to change the device. That may cause queuing failure and your will need to go back to start queuing over again.
- When reaching the queue of each device, you can use the same user to log in. However, when you use any device for the booking, you are required to complete the payment and notify the transfer by that device only. (It is recommended to immediately proceed.) Do not change the device or close the website of that device. The order status that is safe for you to close the website must comply with the terms and conditions of 2.4.1 and 2.4.2 according to the website https://registarthailand.com/index_pjy.html only.
Q6: How many ticket(s)/ Zone for 1 user per time?
A6: User can buy 1-4 tickets per time per user which must be same round and seating zone only. If you want to buy another zone, user has to make order again.
- Before purchased ticket, please recheck no. of tickets carefully because you cannot change after submitted. Payment must be done completely per one order and not allowed to pay specific seating(s). If payment is incomplete or partially amount, system will consider as cancellation. If you want to buy ticket, you can do again with remaining seats next round by selecting ticket same as transferred amount.
Q7: If I forget to note about order no, bank account, seating, payment confirmation timing, and amount after I submitted order, how can I check?
A7: User will receive order no and payment confirmation timing shown in last page after completely order. Please go to “view order” page and check.
Q8: How to do ‘Bank Transfer’ payment?
A8: You can do transaction via Bank counter, ATM, CDM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking or any other applications to specific account provided. After you transferred, we recommend take photo, copies slip or capture screen of transaction for verification.
- The amount provided from system has specific decimal point. Please transfer payment exactly for fast and accurate checking
- Do not recommend for advanced payment setting or others via any applications because these may cause delay from timing due setting. Your order may consider as cancellation.
Q9 : How to notify the money transfer?
A9 : In case of selecting 'Transfer money', you must notify the transfer in order to show the ownership of your balance that has been transferred at that time. Once reserved, please click the top bar to enter the page “View Order” and fill in the transfer information and upload the slip for our staff to investigate. Closing the website before notifying the transfer is strictly prohibited.
** If you do not notify the money transfer via the system before the deadline, when the time is over; the order will be automatically deleted **
After notifying the money transfer, the status of that order will be changed to 'Proceed'. The tickets of this order will get into the process for the officer to find the payment that match with the amount and the time exactly as informed. (It will take about 24 hours to check, if you transfer in specific decimal point exactly to the system.) You can capture the screenshot of your booking status shown as 'Proceed' to use for tracking. Once reaching this stage, you can close the website.
Do not notify the transfer before the actual transfer. If detected, your order may be cancelled.
Q10: What should I do if confirming wrong amount, incorrect transferred timing, wrong slip uploading, status is not updated to ‘completed’ after 24 hours confirmation?
A10: In case of confirming wrong amount, incorrect transferred timing, wrong slip uploading, status is not updated to ‘completed’ after 24 hours confirmation, staff may not find the correct amount to match with order. Please send e-mail with title “Incorrect Transfer Timing” or “Incorrect Transfer Amount” or “No status Update after payment confirmation” by providing order no, correct amount, correct date & time and attach slip as Email registar.ticket@gmail.com
Q11: How to manage if choose credit card, debit or paypal payment method? If credit card transaction is incomplete or incorrect credit information filling?
A11: In case system cannot complete credit card transaction, system will automatically change payment method to ‘Bank Transfer’ immediately. User must follow transfer processes as Q9
If user wants to pay via credit card again, please choose transaction immediately for order.
If order via credit card or paypal is not updated to ‘complete’, it will consider as cancellation within 1 hours
Q12: How to change address, how to change pick up process and how to check ems tracking?
A12: You can change shipping address in ‘view order’ page after your order status is updated to ‘complete’ (*Remark; EMS is applicable only buyer who lives in Thailand). All EMS will be sent 5-10 days before show day. Please check ‘tracking number’ via view order page (Please see official announcement again). It’s official ticket for concert entry.
- Name printed on envelope is followed as user registered since first time and cannot be changed but allowed to put additional other name in address field
- Address can be changed/updated before ticket distribution which will be announced via webpage
- If you want to change pick up method to ‘self-pick up’, please update address field as pick up, staff will notice automatically
- If you want to change from self-pick up to ‘EMS’, you can change after your order status is changed to ‘complete’ by go to ‘view order’ page, change method as EMS, transfer EMS fee 60 baht/ order to account. Your address will be updated within 72 hours. If not, please contact admin staff for checking
- In the case that the delivery does not reach the recipient caused by the recipient itself, such as the EMS is refused to accept because there is no recipient according to the addressed name, no house number is addressed or unclear address. The staff will print the recipient’s address according to what the user owner has typed in that order. If the EMS is returned to sender caused by incomplete address information due to the owner's typing, please be informed that the system could not re-deliver. The user owner must prepare the document in order to receive the tickets at the venue only. The details of document used to receive the tickets are as per Q13. Proof of payment such as money transfer slip, money transfer history in the application that clearly specifies the destination account number, email or SMS confirming the payment received from Paypal or from the credit card owner bank, Credit card invoices etc. (Captured photo from mobile phone is accepted.)

Q15: What to do in case the ticket is lost?
A15: In case of lost the tickets, the owner who bought the tickets correctly and directly from the website must report the police by himself. Others are not allowed to report the police unless being an appointing lawyer. Make the daily record report in detail with police by specifying the zones, rows and seat numbers that have been lost in such orders clearly. Then have the report together with copy of ID card, purchase order number and money transfer slip or other proof of payment sent to pbticketteam@gmail.com to notify the staff.
Please prepare the documents to show to the staff on the show date at 17:00 onwards. Staff will check document and issue substituted document to enter the show. However, if your seat has the same seat number with other ticket holders. You will be invited out of the show to prove the ownership of the ticket again. For the case of losing the standing tickets (if any in this show), no substituted document to enter the show would be issued in all cases.
